Final poster Develpoment

After choosing the design layout / position in which I was happy with I took the images into a C.A.D program where I edited the images. By doing this I could get a better concept of how my poster will look. To capture the essence of the anniversary of GF SMITH i made my design out of paper and make the type out of paper which is the actual design. I explained earlier the concept which I was looking for once I researched artist which related to the thoughts I had. The basic idea was that I wanted the type and design to be all one and not look like there are two images just over laid. My design I have achieved this, by playing with the background, lighting and shadows showing through the type therefore the whole design looks complete and all the elements of the design work all together and doesn't look disjointed between the layers used through the design process.

The use of lighting in the designs really works to my favour it adds great depth to the image and make it more clearly stand out as a 3d design.
I edited this image on the computer by putting a blue filter over the top of it the slight white and blue adds a good contrast between the colours.
All these designs I like but I don't reckon they would stand alone as my final. the colours don't really capture the tones I wished for.
